The three letter identifier for Scappoose Industrial Airpark, for you pilots, is SPB.

Scappoose Industrial Airpark is equipped with two instrument approaches, the Localizer DME 15 and the VOR DME A. 

Columbia Aviation Center is located on the Northwest corner of the airport, between the RV Park and the T hangars.  It is a 10,000 sq. ft. steel buiding, ivory colored walls with a dark green roof.  Call for the security gate code.  Parking is located on the runway side of the hangar.
